Abstract
DC, AC electrical resistivity (
and
(
) and dielectric properties (
and
) were studied for Zn
0.8Co
0.2Fe
2O
4 ferrite samples prepared at sintering temperatures (
) in the range 1273 to 1473 K by the usual ceramic technique. The experimental results indicated that the DC and AC electrical
resistivity, Curie temperature (
) and activation energies for electrical conduction (
and
) decrease as the sintering temperature increases. The DC electrical conductivity increases as the temperature increases.
It was found that
,
and
(
) decrease as frequency increases.
