Analysis of the electrical conduction using an iterative method

Abstract
An iterative method for transforming the electrical conduction versus magnetic field
into the mobility spectrum of the electrical conduction density
is presented. The mobility spectrum is a new form of presentation of carrier parameters. The method is especially useful
in the analysis of a mixed conduction in semiconductors like HgCdTe or in quantum well systems.
