Analysis of the electrical conduction using an iterative method

Abstract
An iterative method for transforming the electrical conduction versus magnetic field $\hat{\sigma}\,(H)$ into the mobility spectrum of the electrical conduction density $s (\mu)$ is presented. The mobility spectrum is a new form of presentation of carrier parameters. The method is especially useful in the analysis of a mixed conduction in semiconductors like HgCdTe or in quantum well systems.
