Abstract
Conductivity measurements are done to study the kinetics of crystallization in glassy Se
100-x Te
x, system. Amorphous to Crystalline (a-c) transformations are studied during isothermal annealing at various temperatures between
glass transition and melting temperature. Avrami's equation of isothermal transformation is used to calculate the activation
energy of crystallization and the order parameter.
